The 1st edition of the International Workshop on HIV & Adolescence will be held on the 6th to the 7th of October, 2017, in Johannesburg, South Africa. 

Research on treatment of HIV infected adolescents is often discussed at major meetings, but currently there is no platform that focuses solely on this topic. The International Workshop on HIV & Adolescence is being set up as an exclusive summit for multidisciplinary experts who work with adolescents affected by HIV. The objective will be to share experiences, knowledge and best practices in order to define the way forward for the optimization of care for HIV infected adolescents.
