There is growing need for differentiated service delivery (DSD) of HIV services as a way to increase efficiencies and impact of services. Differentiated service delivery (DSD) puts the client at the centre of HIV services, adapting its approach based on the needs, preferences and expectation of the of various groups of people living with HIV.
